A tremendous Thursday!

Our morning began with assembly where the students sang O’ Canada followed attendance, calendar and 100 days of school.

After that the students had art with Ms. Doucette before having a snack and recess.

We then had fun playing on Toy day!

After lunch the students had P.E with Miss. Cranfield followed by French with Mme. Villenueve.

Our day ended with choosing.

A wonderful Wednesday!

Our morning began with assembly where the students sang O’ Canada followed attendance, calendar and 100 days of school.

After that the students had phonics where they discussed the phoneme and grapheme for the letter ‘ZZzz’ and students practiced their letter formation.

We then had snack and recess, followed by more phonics where students continued to explore the phoneme and grapheme of the letter ‘ZZzz’.

After lunch the students had P.E with Miss. Cranfield followed by Show and Tell.

Our day ended with recess followed by Christmas Crafts.

Key information

-          Christmas Spirit Day – students are invited to wear their festive clothes on Thursday.

-          Toy Day - Students are invited to bring one toy from home on Thursday to play with at school. Please see additional letter for more information.

-          Please bring a plastic bag to school on Wednesday so that work can be sent home.

-          Please kindly note that reading books will be collected this week. New books will be sent home after the Christmas break.

After that, the students completed attendance, calendar and 100 days of school.

We then had snack and recess followed by phonics where the students continued to explore the phoneme and grapheme of the letter ‘Zz’.

After lunch the students completed their Christmas crafts and had French with Mme. Villenueve.

Our day ended with recess followed by story time.

After lunch the students had P.E with Miss. Cranfield followed by phonics where the students discussed the phoneme and grapheme for the letter ‘Zz’ and students practiced their letter formation.

Our day ended with recess followed by choosing.

A fantastic Friday!

Our morning began with assembly where the students sang O’ Canada followed by attendance, calendar and 100 days of school.

After that the students had library. As a year group, the kindergarten students went to the library where Penguin read them a story.

We then had snack and recess, followed by Show and Tell.

In Show and Tell the students brought in items to share relating to our phonemes of the week.

For lunch, the students enjoyed a wonderful Christmas dinner - Thank you to our wonderful PTA!

After lunch the students had P.E with Miss. Cranfield followed by French with Mme. Villenueve.

Our day ended with choosing.

They also practised for the Christmas concert as a whole school.

We then had snack and recess followed by attendance, calendar and 100 days of school and phonics.

In phonics, the students continued to explore the phoneme and grapheme of the letter ‘Vv’.

After lunch the students had P.E with Miss. Cranfield followed by French with Mme. Villenueve.

Our day ended with recess followed by Christmas Concert practice.
