Day 10
Our morning began with a presentation assembly to celebrate this
month’s Learner Profile winner ‘Thinker’, the Science Fair winners and a house
game (see SJA website/Facebook page for more details).
Congratulations to Grade 2 EB for achieving third place in
their Science Fair project, ‘What Type of Chocolate Melts the Fastest’!
We then had P.E, followed by spelling words, agenda and
student led mathematics on subtraction.
After that we had first recess and lunch and UOI. In UOI we
focused using our fine art skills to sketch our cultural artifact. Students
were encouraged to fill the page and to use the ‘draw what you can see’
technique to draw their artifact.
We then had second lunch and recess followed by French and finishing
off.
