Day 9
Our morning began in mathematics. The students were posed
with addition and subtraction word problems which they had to solve. The
students were expected to write a number sentence to show their working out. Most
students were also able to write their own questions for a partner to solve.
The students then went to P.E. with Mr. H. After P.E the
students had spellings where they were give their new spelling words (Lesson 4)
and began to complete the activities in their spelling text book.
We then had first recess and lunch. After lunch the students
continued with their fractured art work from last week.
They then had music with Mr. Andrei followed by UOI. In UOI
we sat as a class to discuss the summative project. We created a class example
of what the project could look like.
The students were also given the opportunity to ask any questions they had about
the summative projects.
We then had second lunch and recess followed by French and
agendas.
Important Information:

Trip tomorrow: students are able to come to
school in their gym uniform if they wish. Students need to arrive at school by
8:30am. At 8:30 all students should be in the classroom ready for departure.
Packed lunch needed for all students.
