Day 4
Our morning began with sharing Spirit’s journal.
We then had mathematics where we discussed the review for
our upcoming test tomorrow. Misconceptions and questions were addressed.
After that we had P.E. followed by agendas.
We then had first lunch and recess followed by UOI.
In UOI the students invited the Grade 1s to join us on a
nature walk. As a group we created another ‘Spring Symphony’.
We then had second
lunch and recess, followed by French and summative presentations.
Important Information:
- Spelling Test tomorrow.
- Math Test tomorrow, review sent home for study.
- Trip to the ROM on Monday, bring disposable lunch.
- Tuesday and Wednesday is Casual Dress Up
- Grade 2 Graduation on Tuesday at 9 am

Hello Parents and Families,
We at SJA have had a wonderful year
with your children, but it is time to send them off to the next grade. Our PYP
promotion and graduation ceremonies are taking place next week. Students are
asked to dress smart casual on these days. The ceremonies will take place over
two days.
The JK to Grade 2 promotion
ceremony will take place on Tuesday, June 13th.
The Grade 3 to 5 promotion ceremony and Grade 6 graduation
will take place on Wednesday, June 14th. Both ceremonies
begin at 9 am and should be completed by 10:30 am. Parents and
families are invited to attend. We look forward to seeing you then.
