Day 10

Our morning began in mathematics where the students used their estimation skills to estimate the capacities of containers. We then measured the containers with a scoop. We also compared them by ordering them from least to greatest capacity.

We then had P.E followed by agendas and UOI. In UOI students were introduced to their summative project. They have taken the outline home, please take a moment to read the expectations as the activity will be completed at home.

 We then had first recess and lunch followed by UOI. In UOI the students became ‘Nature Detectives’ and went on a nature walk. They found a stick ready for our next nature lesson where they will create a journey stick.

Our afternoon ended with second lunch and recess, followed by French and…. WATER BALLOON THE TEACHERS!! (Congratulations SJA for reading the $9,000 Spring Fundraiser Challenge).

Important Information:

-Spelling Test tomorrow

- No school Friday and Monday

- Summative project sent home.
