Day 2
Our morning began in mathematics with the students tried to
improve their class time of 5minutes and 52 seconds for our ‘Follow Me Cards’
game.
As a class we then tried to guess the coins in Miss Baimas’
purse. Students were required to determine what the coins could be for a given
total.
Independently the students then had to determine what 6
coins they could use to make 90c and 75c.
Some students then took their learning to that carpet and
created their own questions to ask their friends.
The students then went to P.E. with Mr. H. After P.E the
students had novel study where they wrote a book report for Charlotte’s Web.
We then had first lunch and recess followed by science. In the
students created a script and practiced their class presentation for the
science fair tomorrow.
We then had second lunch and recess, followed by French and
agendas.
Important Information:
- Science Fair tomorrow at 2:30pm.
- Lunch form due Friday.
- Parents-Teacher Conference letter sent home. Please note
that times are allotted based on a first come first serve basis. Specialist teachers usually fill up fast.
